The minigame worth my time is the chef provide stew to increase my troops stats, bell stage for easy Ka-Ching (if you got tier 3 items), and blacksmith to get a Demon and Divine weapons, and of course Pan Pakapon cuz I love the jazzy minigame XD

I would say overall it's an improvement from Patapon 1, but yes it's unfortunate. I feel like when/if they remaster the 3rd game, there will be less room for mistakes since the minigames will be cut.
Man. They have to ajust the animations for big window. Justo see the sice of a psp compred with the sice of a tv whit 4k. In patapon 3 are more tinks to apreciate, so they have to make some changes obiously. I hoppe there not be a lot of diferences
question. ive played this game and finished it. but never understood the need forthe alchemist. is the concoction needed for meta builds? i know you need the tree clenaing items, and maybe the plant caring items to raise your army and the cooking minigame is used to produce food items that boost the entire army stats for one mission. and kurur beruru was there to make ka-chings. so whats the use of the alchemist?
The minigames are not mandatory by any stretch, all materials can also be obtained from bosses. The juice machine simply produces a material, "juice". The only other way to get juice is from Ciokina/Cioking (the crab boss). You unlock the juice machine pretty late into the game so it doesn't really serve a purpose for long but a perfect level 3 run can produce tier 4 juice (rainbow juice) which could be useful if you need that specific rarity, but generally it's more efficient to grind bosses. Juice is used in the Mahopon, Robopon and Megapon evolution map.

I can't even complete level one on them all?!!! I'm only able to beat level 1 of the mountain, and that's it. I know i suck a rhythm and stuff but like I'm not R*. Could it be PPSSPP lag or something? Anyone have some advice
In terms of the minigames, not as far as I can tell. The only real difference between this and the PSP release is the lack of ad-hoc multiplayer. They also added rumble to the PS4 release, which is actually really satisfying.

Came in expecting to suffer during the Mountain minigame, y’all lied to me that was probably the easiest minigame by far to me! The patterns don’t change and the timing window is pretty damn forgiving. BTW: I play via remaster on PS5 (yuck) and despite some nasty input delay at times, it isn’t that bad. Honestly felt more stress over the Blacksmith game, I swear I’m hitting too late and it still counts. But I’m a millisecond early and I miss entirely. And the Farming game bc good GOD the rhythm at the end where you catch the veggies is pure luck I swear!! I love every single special Pon design and their friend/minigame object design a ton. Kururu is precious and Fwoosh just looks so sick to me idk why.

I love Shuraba Yapon cuz instead of just selling materials with a press of a button, you get a really jamming and cute theme to do it.
It's cute because the game could totally be boring and just let you sell materials, but instead they did this which is far more creative and fun!

There's a few layering issues in both remasters, for example watch Simmer Slurp's eyes after you successfully cut a vegetable.
