Hey. Mr TJL I have a routines of upper body spilt and plyo training but I need help with a basketball routine. I watched all ur videos but I’m so trash I’m stuck. I know I should focus on 3-4 goals with drills but how long should I keep on doing those drills before I switch something up. Sorry for being confusing btw

Okay ill look into it. But how many times a day would u recommend me hitting the courts. And my plan is work on 4 goals every day 6 days a week for 2 weeks then move on to something different. Is that good or should I master the 4 goals then move on?

@@tylerd6349 pick 1-3 things and focus on that and play pick up as much as you can. Or just buy the transformation course and then you dont have to think about it

Dribble as often as you can and work on more freestyle stuff, over time your body will become more coordinated and you’ll look smoother but try to do less pre- planned movements in training and allow for more creativity
