    I'm working up to this, but even 1 minute EACH side with a 16kg is working me. I did 5x rounds, with 10x Navy seal burpees + 3 squat chasers at the end of each round. Thanks for the motivation!

    I do clean and press...will that do the job? Can't quite get the snatch without bruising my wrists

      Jerk is my favorite. I‘m preparing for a Snatch competition - hence the requirement to build up to a certain volume.
