Personally I prefer Steve Race telling us to imagine we're a bumblebee snuggled next to a beautiful woman, but there we go. As the clock appears, we're serenaded by the dulcet tones of Barry Manilow.

Indeed, re. another post here it's entirely conceivable that Peter Lewis might have introduced Peter Lewis, if you see what I mean, because all epilogues shown on LWT were actually made by Thames.
I rather enjoy the sort of weather being forecast here, and I think a lot of other people do - the only real alternative at that time of year is wet, windy and mild which actually *does* deserve Elsmore's gentle opprobrium.
