@@riyap802 Sure, I use face scrub of tac, face Wash of tac, vit c body lotion of tac too, And after cleansing I apply Kumkumadi serum of ayuga (its a natural one), and lip scrub and lip balm that's it, occasionally I do apply lotus mist toner for hydration. We womens made it matter by following The foot steps. Years back I was same "looks matter" as so many people made me feel conscious about my looks until I got so tired of doing what I didn't wanted and gave up and focused More on my skills and fitness rather my looks. Being neat and tidy is another thing and spending so much energy,miney and time on appearance is stupid.

treat the underlying condition first...consult a doc, see what medications need to be taken and lifestyle changes need to be made. Facial hair in pcod happen because of increased levels of androgens (male hormones) in the body. There are supplements that help in reducing these. And when they reduce, hair growth will automatically go down.
Is it good to eat supplyment what if effects you in future my mom wont allow it😂😂😂😂😂she will tell me to just eat healthy food well currently i added fruits in my diet before it was just optional now i eat citrus fruits etc

For acne and skin probs , i highly suggest you to drink a lot of water throughout ur day. Girls, i am saying this as a 20 year old who has been gushing on water since 12 y/o and trust me i have never got a single acne or breakouts. I feel so lucky but yeah u need to drink a lot of water 💦

Whenever I use conditioner, it causes my my hair to fall a lot. I feel like in shower half of my hair is falling. Also I use coin amount of conditioner in the middle to ends of my hair. I've tried different types of conditioner but every one of them causes my hair to fall. I have also naturally silky and straight hair. Even If I don't use conditioner it remains silky and detangled. Though I oil my hair before every hair wash. So, should I still use conditioner or is there any natural product I can use instead of conditioner?
1. Face - If you want chiseled jawline then reduce body fat and try to reduce bloat with eating healthy foods. 2. Skin - Use Sunscreen, good moisturiser, and FaceWash first then if you want more then go to dermatologist then start skin care according to budget. 3. Hair - Use Hair Mask once a week use serums instead of oil. Depends on budget if you have then go for keratin treatment. 4. body - Go to gym, learn about calorie counting try to get lean and little bit muscular < 15 percent body for men and < 25 for women 5. style - Try to purchase outfits which you like not single pieces from stores around the year. You still can purchase single pieces if you have rest of items or you are pro. 6. mindset - It takes time nothing quick but yoga is quick solution if you want something.

Yes shouldn't be a problem. Take it for a few days and see how your body responds. if there is no allergy/adverse effects, you should be able to take.
