Hey adete I am a 26 yrs old unmarried girl living with my parents I have a decent job It feels like Everthing is going wrong in my life I thought i am lucky that i got job in my own city so i can live with parents But m having no mental peace both at my work and my home. My workplace sucks, i lost my very important exam by just 2 marks i try to be a good daughter that too fails I am worried bout my parents they are going through a lot bcoz of my frequent mental breakdowns. I dont want to hurt them I just want Peaceful life and unconditional love. I feel i am the problem, i have never lived outside my house in these years, my parents always protected and supported me everytime bcoz of which i never really lived on my own I dont know. I feel stuck n helpless n scared
Hey Prajakta! I am 25 and I know how it feels to be in a situation where you feel your mental health is eating you up. I went through the roughest phase of my life in 2020. It was not bcuz of job but some obvious personal reason. It literally took me 3 years to completely to get out of that phase. I can't say I'm fully recovered but 95% I am. My only advice to you is do what feels the best JUST FOR YOU. If you don't feel right at your current job, quit it and move to another city and start a new life. Get a job there. It will not be easy but at least you will be in a better place mentally. And about your parents, you can call them na everyday and ask how they are and all. Do what's best for you and everything will be fine.

Hey Adete love watching your videos. Just a 2 things I wanna say that you can add if you feel it’s right: 1) Consuming cooked food in 3 hrs is the best. But pre-cooked meals are better than any junk food. 2) Always say a gratitude prayer before eating changes the energy of the food even if it’s junk food or someone else is cooking food for you. “Jaisa ann Waisa man”
This video is very good, however, one thing I want to mention here as an endometriosis survivor who has done tons of research on menstruation, hormones and cycle syncing is that never ever trust an app for telling you what phase of cycle you are on. Apps might tell you that on so and so date you are ovulating but you might actually ovulate a day or two before or after or don't ovulate at all (which is very common in case of PCOS sufferers). The only thing that can tell you 100% about your menstrual cycle phases are your cervical mucus. Please don't fall for these influencer trends of having an app for cycle syncing. You'll notice watery discharge and possibly a blunt one sided pain on your lower abdomen which might accompany with slight dark brown spotting which tells you that you are ovulating. This discharge might last for 2-3 days or one day. Ideally for a 28 days cycle this phase should come in between 13-15 days of your cycle. If you have a delayed ovulation making your luteal phase shorter than 12 days then it's worth tracking your cortisol and eating better or getting checked for hashimotos. Whatever you do, please please don't depend on an app to tell you your phases
Yes absolutely. You don’t depend on the app to tell you phases, you just use it as a means to track your own changes. You can use a notebook to do that as well, but that’s a more tedious process. Hence the app. For most women, they never realize why certain changes are happening or what they mean. Tracking can help improve their own understanding of the body :)

I am literally stuck in my life. I don't know what to do and if i know what i don't know how to do. I want to make myself busy. I want to learn , i want to do a good job which will keep me working.
