Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. Sorry for what happened to you. It’s only been a month since the breakup so give yourself some time and grace. Feel what you’re feeling, accept it and release. That’s a good way to set yourself up better long-term. Highly recommend reading Vex King at this time. He has got some really good content. When I was going through mine, I read him and it did me a lot of good. I can recommend you to watch Dylan James alongside Adetee here.

Nice Video Adete! Love the content and much needed for Indian women! I once made a grave mistake at work (when I say grave I do mean it was critical) and I was so terrified of it that I just assumed that I'd get fired! I did have the option of not telling my boss immediately but I just took 3 deep breathes and mustered the courage to go to him and accept that I did it before it could have a ripple effect! And to my surprise he appreciated the fact that I owned up to my mistake. Hence regulating our emotions is extremely important :)
