I had just assumed that Kagami paid for the ship to be built for himself and the Mikage company using his vast amount of money and resources, but now that you point it out, I could see Kagami buying or stealing a cruise liner ship to use for his plans instead, which would make having a church on board make a lot more sense. @phantomrose7 actually I think that since the hagoromo is a part of Ceres as in it created her and then created Toya it would mean that Aya was impregnated by the brother of her ancestor (ceres) since what births you is a "mother" this being the hagoromo for the celestial maidens. So that mean...Toya is technically her brother. Sort of.
