I spent 30 years of my life as an automotive drivability technician. That pretty much meant that, if a wire was going to it, it was my baby. I have seen a fair number of cases where an entire fuel system was ruined and needed replacement. It was a direct result of OVERUSE of Heet. NEVER put Heet, or any other similar treatment, in your tank every fillup for "just in case!" You WILL destroy your fuel system, over time, if you do. The primary problem is erosion of rubber parts, mostly the seals at fuel injectors. IF your vehicle is running rough, especially during really cold weather (less than 20˚F)you can try a bottle. If that doesn't work, DON'T double dose it! Tolerate it until you run out enough fuel, so you can top off your tank with uncontaminated fuel.

Is all of this necessary? Well, I also tend to only purchase top tier fuel. And Mobil1. So yes, I believe the above are all viable options.
I have a kfx 700 and it flipped over in a creek and i seen this product and decided to try it and it has worked wonders on my gas and carburator make my part easier....thanx
Here in Chicago the vortex blizzard... I have a 2001 blazer I pump speedway wont make that mistake agen .. point being gas lines froze I put it in garage . Then a bottle of heat by end of day n sum cranking it ran like a champ ... I normally pump shell .. Heat really works!!!
This stuff saved me today, I put gas from a can which was out in a downpour in NY yesterday, so basically there was alt of extra unwanted water in my fuel system, so after stalling about half a block from my house, I realize I'm gonna have to siphon the tainted gas out of my tank 5.2 gallons 22 liters, it took a few minuets, then I poured the ISO heet in the empty tank & threw in 3 gallons of 93, & then I went to the gas station & filed another $5 of 93. At one point I thought I put diesel in my tank or something like that, & I was f'ed because I kept turning the engine over with the bad fuel, but it ended up ok.
My huge shout out. My merc9.8 on my dingy got water in y tank.usedheet, let it work for 4hours. Motor started first pull. I normally have to choke it .

my diesel was dying out it would only idol. I put iso heat for diesel in let I idol for half an hour, it ran fine again. It was -5 out. I'll keep it with me all the time. especially in the winter

After reading both MSDS on both I recommend using HEET (yellow bottle) in the winter months due to the fact that it is mostly Methyl Alcohol (Methanol) which prevents from freeze up which is why you can use all weather windshield wiper fluid it has Methanol in it. Where ISO -HEET is used for year round performance and is mostly Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol)

Ethanol actually absorbs moisture from the air in the tank and it makes water... It settles to the bottom and the water and ethanol will turn into a gel like pudding over time..... That's why gas pumps at Marina's on the lake shores and coast lines have NO ETHO gas...... Outboard motors set up longer than cars and trucks do.... Outboard engines have totally different carbs than newer vehicles with the fuel injection systems... Hence no carbs on cars nowadays.... All that rubber and plastic breaks down in 2 cycle equipment and small engines like Lawnmowers......... Believe me I know about that since I am a small engine mechanic and outboard mechanic......... K-100 is the best ~!~!

Leads me only to believe it's bad gas, but I have been using etho gas since it was introduced. I can only imagine the bottom of my gas tank.
Not all pumps have ethanol. You have to fund one's that do. But Ethanol is bad for your engine. You should never use that gas if you want your engine to last.

This items works very well my engine has water in the fuel injectors and poured this stuff works well.
Always go with Iso-Heet. It is a must if you live in a cold area.

i used 1 bottle of red yesterday. it ran fine and hope it cleans injectorz also. i sometimes use startron but thats about all.

For a Hyundai Elalantra, should I use Heet or Iso Heet? I heard using the wrong one could lead to issues.

They’re putting water in the gas pumps at the damn gas stations!
Not all pumps have ethanol. You have to fund one's that do. But Ethanol is bad for your engine. You should never use that gas if you want your engine to last.
