Stage 2 does indeed include a cam upgrade along with air cleaner, exhaust and tuning upgrades, stage 3 would include stages 1, 2 and an increase in displacement, stage 4 would be stages 1, 2, 3 and cylinder heads upgrade.

I rode one during the demo here in Phoenix and I really enjoyed it. I'm not a harley person but this got my interest. I did like the breakout too though. At 6'2" I didn't notice much buffeting and it felt pretty comfortable to me all around.
