@@trevoramaru6106 okay so what i would like for you to check now is visually inspect your water pump. Crazy I know, doesn't seem related but the thing is is that your heater needs a few things to work and 1 of those things is proper flow through the heater core. Open your hood, and see if you see an orange line of dried out antifreeze that got slung around by the belt. The orange line would be on the underside of your hood, and on some areas there by your belt. If you see this then your water pump is leaking out the weep hole or somewhere there and needs to be replaced. This would affect your heater performance. Another thing to try is, make sure your vehicle is warmed up, put the car in park, set the heater on low to where you can feel it with your hand only, and then rev up your car a little bit to like 3000 rpm (3) and hols it there for a little while. If you feel that the air at the vents gets warmer, this is an indication that you have either low coolant or the pump is simply not pushing the coolant through enough and should replace the pump. @@EddiesCustomsandRestorations it takes about 45 mins-1hr for the air to get warm not even hot. And when you turn on the car, it goes straight to AC even if it was on heat before. The ac button on even when it’s on heat, i have to press the button to turn off the ac. I live in NJ, I just don’t drive sometimes.
Hope this information is useful
@@EddiesCustomsandRestorations I will try that. Thank you bro
Happening to my Camaro right now but when I click the Amazon link it’s out of stock do you know where else I can buy it.??
Let me look up another one for you but what year is your car exactly?
I updated all the links on my description. i hope this helps you. Sorry for the delay in response
Thank you
I have Camaro also but I problem with Ac it's too cold I can't less cold and without hot air it's only so cold not normal cold what i do ?
you may have a blend door problem if you cant control the temperature.
Be thankful LOL
no heat or ac
I have the same problem except the functions light up when I switch it. My problem is that when I turn the level of the fan up or down the car doesn't blow any air at all
You may want to check your blower motor. Its the round motor and see if you can give it power and ground and if it doesnt spin then its your blower motor and not the controls nor resistor
Hey, my 2014 Camaro only blows warm air. I tried replacing the compressor and the ambient air temp sensor but nothing is working. Any ideas? It also displays the wrong temp, I have no idea.
When you say it displays the wrong temp, are you referring to the outside temp?
@@EddiesCustomsandRestorations yes, that’s why I thought it was the sensor but I replaced it and it’s still doing the same thing. Maybe the wiring?
Eselente. Gracias
Gracias!
Okay I changed the AC control module and now the AC is blowing out hot air and the AC will not turn off on my 2013 Chevy Camaro SS…I don’t know what else to do
Try disconnecting the battery and leaving it disconnected for a minute or so and then reconnect. This will allow all modules to do a nice reset and should go back to normal ofcourse if everything is in good working order. If it doesn't solve the problem, there may be a stuck blend door issue which is common on camaros. Here is my video that takes you through the steps for the battery disconnect. th-cam.com/video/xQChJuowPbE/w-d-xo.html
Okay thank you will try it
@@tamarawilliams1575 hope it works for you 🙏

My heated seats work and everything blows out fine but no cool A/c and no hot heat, what could it be and antifreeze is full and have plenty Freon
Hmm a blend door could be stuck or broken. Check out other videos on youtube in relation to camaro blend door problem. It may be what youre looking for. Hope this helps.

I bought 2 brand new ones and once I install them it makes my air auto climate and I can’t control it or turn it off
How does your old one work?? Have you attempted to do a reset on everything completely by disconnecting the battery at the trunk and giving it a minute or two disconnected so it can all refresh?
@@EddiesCustomsandRestorationswell I think I discovered the problem I ordered 2 brand new ones and I think they were meant for touch screen controls which I don’t have so I got on eBay and ordered an original 2012 piece and replaced my old one now my car blows ice cold air and it drives smoother my old one made my car jerk a lot but this new one I have makes my car drive smooth as butter apprecuate the tip brother💪🏾😎
@@TheRealPoPorter oh sure am glad it helped! And sorry it didn't work out the first time. I bet the frustration was terrible! Well glad it worked out, stay cool 😎
