- Phase 4 of the They Are Billions custom map campaign series 28 Years Later Phase 4: A Tale of Two Cities! In this mission, we're setting up the city of New Stirling while clearing out and retaking Glasgow and Edinburgh from the zombie infection! Resources are limited though and thousands of zombies are pouring into the area every 7 days and of course there's the final wave to contend with too! Will we make it out of this one alive?!

About They Are Billions:
They Are Billions is a Steampunk strategy game set on a post-apocalyptic planet. Build and defend colonies to survive against the billions of the infected that seek to annihilate the few remaining living humans. Can humanity survive after the zombie apocalypse?
In my videos, typically I only cover the final wave in which billions of zombies come to try and destroy your Command Center while trying out crazy strategies. From making 2000 snipers, hundreds of Titans, Shock Towers Only, you name it; I like to have fun and try some crazy stuff! I don't really go over beating the game, or necessarily make the 'Best Defense Possible' because I aim to make these videos as epic and entertaining as possible.
Of course, whenever They Are Billions gets a new update I will cover that as well. Since They Are Billions is still in Beta, the game will be getting plenty more updates including new towers, new zombies, new wonders, a campaign, and much much more!
When covering these updates, I'll show off what the new updates add to the game as well as try to do something crazy against the final wave as well.
They Are Billions custom map gameplay is a big thing now too since the release of the custom map editor in the new update. The map editor allows anyone to make any scenario in They Are Billions, from having 100 giants attack at once to spawning in a thousand Rangers!

THIS IS THE FIRST WAVE?! I haven't lol'd that hard for a long time :D people said the regular maps were too easy so I'm glad you played the harder X-version! Nice to see how the 'harder' maps play out but you did make it look easy (or lucky :P). I also lol'd you reading out the legendary strategy bit - the rugby stadium cage wasn't meant to be a trap but I kinda like how that played out! Also the top left 'surprise' wouldn't have been a surprise if you didn't skip the rest of the 'lore stuff' at the start as Ava tells you that Dog found something up there!
I'm glad you found your Easter Egg - I was shouting 'please scroll down'! Thanks again for playing the map - it really helps spur me on making this campaign. Maybe there will be a Thanatos (or 3) down the line with a Kibitz name! And whilst you got east and west directions sorted you need to work on your math next as 24 is not a multiple of 7 :P

LOL math and reading, my greatest weaknesses!
Yeah though I really enjoyed the difficulty with this map, there were a lot of close calls and it felt really well balanced. I may have made it look easy but it was still a rough time, I didn't even get to clear the map! That being said though, a larger final wave would be fun ;)
Also thanks for the easter egg and hope to see the shoutout, absolutely love your maps! (And I think the Dev's do too!)
Thanks all you are very kind! It's great the game devs are making it so campaigns maps can be properly linked. For this campaign the maps get harder and this is only map 4 out of 12 so harder final waves are coming! Map 5 at Kirkwall though is going to be very different. It's proving very difficult to make and is very linear so might not be a popular map, but it's the one I've been looking forward to making the most! Look forward to seeing more of your maps as well ImKibitz :D

The 3 zombies for the north are part of an event, if you get that early games it's extra res and nothing comes from the north afterwards.

hey i wanted to read the lore but you scrolled down so fast that half got totally skipped and so couldnt read it. Im giving you a thumbs down for that! I have the game on xbox so i dont have access to these custom maps they are totally new to me.
If you read the 'lore' bits in these custom maps that have a story, you'll find tips and other hints at what secrets are to be found around the map.
Like how Dog found stuff and literally pointed out "it'd be best to check that area out sooner rather than latter"
Still, your an amazing player and I love how you play. It's just that you hamper yourself by skipping over the lore, in maps like this that is the equivalent of throwing parts of a scouting report in the trash because it was 'too boring'
Actually I quite enjoy the bits of lore, it's just that new viewers get bored if I start off a video with 5 minutes of reading with no gameplay. So usually I do read most of it and sum it up for the video, but I did just miss the dog part xD

Yeah there are the 'X' versions now that the map dev made which are essentially the hard versions
