About They Are Billions:
They Are Billions is a Steampunk strategy game set on a post-apocalyptic planet. Build and defend colonies to survive against the billions of the infected that seek to annihilate the few remaining living humans. Can humanity survive after the zombie apocalypse?
In my videos, typically I only cover the final wave in which billions of zombies come to try and destroy your Command Center while trying out crazy strategies. From making 2000 snipers, hundreds of Titans, Shock Towers Only, you name it; I like to have fun and try some crazy stuff! I don't really go over beating the game, or necessarily make the 'Best Defense Possible' because I aim to make these videos as epic and entertaining as possible.
Of course, whenever They Are Billions gets a new update I will cover that as well. Since They Are Billions is still in Beta, the game will be getting plenty more updates including new towers, new zombies, new wonders, a campaign, and much much more!
When covering these updates, I'll show off what the new updates add to the game as well as try to do something crazy against the final wave as well.
They Are Billions custom map gameplay is a big thing now too since the release of the custom map editor in the new update. The map editor allows anyone to make any scenario in They Are Billions, from having 100 giants attack at once to spawning in a thousand Rangers!

Figured out what's up with the farms/ income stuff! When you have negative food, gold upkeep for units is DOUBLED!
Also I misunderstood the Sniper Mayor I got and the -5 gold upkeep meant it cost an EXTRA 5 gold upkeep per sniper.
So -10 gpt per sniper was -20 gpt per sniper after I lost the farms, and multiply that by 2000... so yeah spicy stuff :)

@@Kayori-Chan I mean if you’ve seen a group of around 80 Veteran Snipers go up against a giant, it’s completely unfair. The giant loses basically half of his health the moment they fire as one, so they just chunk them in moments.

I once got that 50% movement one for normal mayors. It makes snipers into the perfect unit. So quick. So powerful. So spicy.
Try it again. I enjoy watching traps and treasure maps. And enjoy playing them. Trying to beat them myself made me better at the game too.

PRO TIP: wonders and warehouses are undestroyable walls that not even giants can get through.
it might just be warehouses, but when you have a chokepoint place a warehouse on it.

the income isn't coming from the farms, but the houses the farms provide with food. If the food is missing, the houses aren't populized, so there is no way they can generate income.
And/or the need to buy food to feed population, I don't know, it's possible

This game needs to get a button that makes units automatically go for towers in a limited area relative to their position, and if it already has this feature then kibitz needs to discover it.

Food feeds the houses. No food, the houses go off line. No houses no income. That is how that works. Honestly if you had realised this you could have repaired a bunch of things and probably survived.
Pretty sure mass thanatos behind walls would kill large numbers of giants because each shot will damage multiple giants at that spot and so enough thanatos shots to kill 1 giant would kill any giant next to it as well.
Also another tip: use your shift key to que loading units in towers

Does salary -5 mean that the salary you pay for them is increased by 5 or decreased? I always get confused by that
sniper salary in 5 soldier 3 ranger 1 with the mayor with -5 that means -10 gold so his salary increased

PLEASE, stop using Thanatos and sniper balls. every time you do it (with the exemption or titans). I would LUVE LOVE LUVE LOOOOOVE it if you would use more lucifers used them more :( I have not even watched the vid but I have a feeling your gonna spam snipers (maybe not idk yet)

Lucifers aren't good, against waves of weak zombies yes, but against venoms and chubbies and all these Giants, he has to use Snipers
Wolfebad you bad, and they are good, you just need more of them,he only ever has 0-3. Also even if they were bad in damage they tank in hp and regeneration. (regeneration is what you want from a tank) they’re also pretty cheap compared to Thanatos and titans. And if you put them in a invincible wall one tile space it’s gg for them(just put walls for the spits on the sides).
A wood wall has more health than them. Economically they are not worth it. They don't do anything against special infected and their Health Regen only goes when they don't take damage
