He opened kiraana store( daily needs shop) on ground floor and living on 1st floor of same bungalow. He received notice to pay tax which is quite huge amount. Tax officers are asking to pay 70k each year as tax.How to proceed on this? 70k tax is very huge amount for him
Your uncle using residential property to commercial and for that whole area tax to be pay as per commercial only and that cause I have made this video to avoid such huge cost
