    Hamara hall hai neeche, and humne usee rent pr diya hai and tenent ne silent printing press establish kri hai, kya ye allowed h, our area is residential. But usne commercial electricity connection le rkha h.
    Neighbours ko issues nhi hai. but out of 18 neighbours sirf 2 ko issue hai.

Ab niche 2 hall ho gye h jisme mene 3 gate roller shutter bale lgna diye h jo ek bich bala niche basement m jata h and baaki 2 lift right bale upar ground floor par jate lekin m use commercial m use nhi krraa hu. Aur mene us jgha ka benama residential m kar baya h .

      I oppose a resident can't run dance class in flat as this may create disturbance to immediate neighbours. One can't run dance class in silent mode without music. Whereever music & group dance will happen noise will definitely come.

    First of all thank you for such informative video. I have a small question related this. My uncle has bungalow in pune of 700 sq.ft . He opened kiraana store( daily needs shop) on ground floor and living on 1st floor of same bungalow. He received notice to pay tax which is quite huge amount. Tax officers are asking to pay 70k each year as tax.How to proceed on this? 70k tax is very huge amount for him

    Apne ghar mein kya koi carpentary ka workshop bana sakta hai? Mere neighbour ka interior ka business hai, ghar mein hamesha kaam hote rahta hai, saw se ply ko karna, keel thokna , sawdust ka failna etc. Baki neighbours object nahin karte, mere ghar ke opposite in logon ka ghar hai sabse zyada aawaz mere ghar aati hai .

    My tenant wants to register one OPC (One Person Company) for his IT company in one of my flats, which is for residential purpose. He will be the only person working in that company. Is there any risk involve giving him NOC for this purpose. Will my property tax be changed to commercial tax?

    Humne flat buy kri hai jo 1st floor hai or ye new project he hai jo next 6 month mai complete ho jaega. humare 1st floor pr total 4 flat hai . 4 mai se hum 3 log to rehne aane wale hai pr 4th flat jiska hai wo Humne suna hai ki wo flat jisne kharida hai wo jain sadhu (jain monk) ko rehne ke liye dene wale hai wo log.       This is residential property and owner can decide whom to permit with due permission with committee if tenant or guests are single and some abnormal case . Pl represent with your commitee and ask to stop with some risk factor / Nuances/ What is in your mind . Hope you will get solution. If require make joint effort with all remaining ower on same flat .

    Hamre gali mein ek office hai or 4 makan,lekin ab ne new aadami ne ek ghar todkar hospital bana liya hai....jiski vajeh se bahut problem ho Rahi hai......rat bhar logo ka aana jana halla or ambulance ki aawaj,. Saaf safai bhi sirf apne hospital ke samne karvate hai or sara kachra pure mohalle mein Fel jata hai.....inke pateint gutkha khakr hamre ghar ke side m hi thukte hai........piche kachchi nali bani hui hai jisme hospital ka sara waste usi m bahaya jata hai.......or medical waste ka to nahi pta lekin...jo bhi boxes hote hai tablets ke ye hospital ke piche jala dete hai
    Or unhone hospital hamre ghr ki wall se chipkakar bna liya hai jisse sepage aa rha hai wall mein....
    Or ab ye log 1st floor bnana chah rhe hai.....bahut paresaan hai in logo se.....
    Hm kya kr skte hai ye btayiye sir....
    Baki padosiyo ka pta nahi ki vo inke khilaf bolenge ki nahi lekin mein inke khilaf action lena chahta hu.....
    Upay bataiye sir......kl m nagar palika mein jakar complaint krne vala hu....ki residential area m hospital ki permission kese dedi inko......... residential area hi bolenge na sir.......mohalle m ghar ho or ye ghr ki jamin par hospital bna le to....
