There is no provision of mutation in local Municipalties of those properties which are only vacant plots because no tax is imposed on such vacant plot by these municipalties . According to them , they do not register such proprties in their Tax Assesment Registers . Beside this when the name of seller is not register in the records of municpalities , the how will the mutate the name of purchaser , instead of seller. Similerly , there are problems in those residencial plots , which are situited out of limit of municipal area . According to agricultural authorities , there is no provision of mutation of residencial plots in agricultural laws .

On 28-12-21, I had purchased a piece of land of Scheduled caste which is 143 approved.
