Brilliantly done! I'm a Cellist, and want to go to Baritone Sax, so this makes me less nervous. You performed amazingly, and your tone at 1:38 was perfect! It sounded exactly like a Cello
thank you!!! my setup right now is an S90 190 mouthpiece, Ishimori Gold-Plated ligature (in this video it was a gold selmer paris ligature), and the bari is a selmer series ii super action 80. the reed is a 3.25 legere signature series.
Love your sound: even tone and in tune across the whole range of the instrument, and open and resonant higher end. For my taste, a bit too exuberant at the end - Henk van Twillert's tender interpretation was the "right" one (again, this is just opinion). But ngl this is fantastic. I had to kiss some frogs to find this but it was worth it! Dang - this thing takes at least three lungs, amirite?
I appreciate the feedback! It was definitely difficult, and at the time I hadn't grasped the concept of circular breathing so it was all the more challenging. Thanks for listening!

Wunderbar! Danke!
Sehr gerne!
Such a beautiful tone! Well done!
Beautiful! I miss playing bari sax, i remember i was supposed to play this piece one year for a solo and got too intimidated 😅
It was tough to put together for sure. String transcriptions are very difficult to perform right, deceptively so!
perfect
thank you!!
Beautiful

Bravo!
thank you!
Aplausos! Bravíssimo!
Superb!
Thank you! Cheers!
I really love this composition!
Bari player sounds like he's struggling a bit, squeaks a few times. Reasonable at that register, but fixable.
y’all will never let me live that down 🙏🏽🙏🏽 i deserve it tho
