as someone that doesn't have S:P in the last combo I prefer to make ddl instead of ferijit, then make 3 neg apo, but really enjoy your content man it's good to see you back!
@@sunnyporter8694 Yes you can, you can't use two effects that could / would special summon itself from hand in one chain due to an old ruling for the baboon cards. So you can't summon a Garunix from the GY/hand and a Ponix/Barong/Rangbali from hand in one chain, but you can summon via one of these effects as well as chain the floating effects of Arvata or High Kirin which aren't summoning themselves in these instances, and also only summoning from GY
@@TheFPSCameron Or Yaksha. I find it funny how everyone was dying to get Yaksha for the original Fire King Structure, and now it's so power-crept that it's just plain bad.
I love fire king, it's so good and versatile, plus it has so much space for playing 2nd cards, while in the deck i mained before (branded despia) it was almost all engine
Hi guys. Sorry for the stupid question but I’m new to the deck. I noticed a lot of combo tutorials that use arvatas effect to summon from the Gy Kirin or Barong but then use the effects of Kirin or Barong when they go to the Gy in the End Phase, even though Arvatas effect says that the effects are negated. Why is that? Tnx for any explanstion you can give me.
The effects of the cards are only negated while they’re on the field, in the ep when they get destroyed they trigger after getting destroyed at which point they’re “new cards” in the gy so their Efs aren’t negated anymore
@@dleeslife9023 that combo showcases that ponix wasn't destroyed. It was linked off with the ash to make IP masquerana. Even though ponix was destroyed earlier in the turn by fire king Island, once you reborn it off of flamberge and link it away, the game state no longer recognizes it as the same ponix that was destroyed. This "new" ponix was linked away and therefore doesn't add itself back.
Question if you was the turn player already have one of ur fire king monster destory during main or battle then main 2 phrase u active fire king island use island destory something that not fire search for garunix will garunix still able to active eff to summon itself I'm just wonder cuz I'm thinking since u alrdy have fire monster destory begin b4 the island fire king resolves destory something not fire search garunix cuz main combo use fire king island pop fire search garunix effect summon itself
Those aren't the only interruptions. You get the recurrence of all the fire king cards, the ability to kirin on their turn, pop additional cards, etc. I explain it all in the video
At 8:17 you said you could make ip instead of sp, but keep in mind ip requires non link monsters, so you can't use linkuriboh for it
Aaayyyy i love these combo vids man! I got back into yugioh last year and your tutorial videos were the best to understand and follow along.

I could be wrong but @8:00 I don’t think you can chain Garunix and Ponix together. It has to be one or the other
He used Arvata to revive the Ponix. It's not the Ponix effect to summon itself.
@@smithier2 he still can’t do that

4:53 does ponix not get added back since it was destroyed or is it because the "copy" if pinix that was destroyed has moved from the gy?
The monster forget that he was destroyed when he come out from the GY.
The tri version does play hard into nib tho right?
Not all the time, but even if you get nibbed you can have a good follow up

Did you normal summon twice at 2:47
What do you think I normal summoned twice? The only monster normal summoned was Ponix

I dont really understand how I'm supposed to summon the lower level Fire King monsters

We need that fire king snake eyes combo. Post PHMI asap.
It's on the way! Don't worry 😏
You can't summon the ponixs as it has to be added to hand during the stand by phase
At what point of the video are you referring to so I can check and see
5:15 Phoenix in a mandatory effect it must be added in the stand by
