UPDATE: The final combo is EVEN stronger! Instead of popping Barong, or even Arvata off of Garunix like I do, you can wait until your opponent has a card on board, and pop Kirin instead from Deck - not only do you still get the Special Summon, but you get to non-target pop a card on the field!
Look so fun but how much it plays with interruptions. Like can it play after 2 hand traps? This deck profile really interesting imo. Ty for profile will try it when I get trib cards
Depends on the hand. Kirin, Circle. Sky Burn etc. essentially make Imperm a non-threat aside from on Kerass. I've opted in some Talents for cards like Ash, but depending on the target it doesn't matter much either. Fraktall getting Ashed but Ponix going through means you're still doing the same stuff.
Is the diabellestar engine overkill in this deck?
Yeah this is more of a budget variant so you don't need those cards, and they don't provide insane value without just upping your deck size a lot.
great video, but may I ask how did you special summon Garunix and IP(last combo) when you had Bearbrum on the field? Bearbrum is locking you into special summoning only tri-brigade monsters, or I do not understand the effect correctly ? tnx in advance fo clarification :)

For combo 2 after you add Ponix onto your hand thanks to Shuraig being popped by Garunix eternity, your Barong was popped too SO your Ponix can be summoned immediately, adding Fire King Sky Burn onto your hand for follow-up popping if your opp still have backrows to set!
(I ADORE this version of Fire King and have been testing it extensively so... :D )

For that second combo, you can activate kitt chainblocked by garunix to send a tri-brigade during your opponent's turn. I like sending oath for a spell/trap negate before summoning the xyz

I love making some foul rescue ferret combos with bird up. Definitely going to see if fire king can add to it since lyrilusc can search ponix very easily, could also get out ponix with rescue ferret and re summon it with zealantis.
For the second combo, it’s best to leave Fraktall on board so you have a FIRE-type to pop with Kirin and not wait until you drop Shuraig.
Something like:
Pop Frak with Kirin, summon Kirin
Garunix in GY activates, summoning itself
Garunix then destroys a Kirin from deck, which will then activate to summon a Ponix, pop one card on the field non-targeting.
Ponix searches an FK spell
Sanctuary can then be used anytime before or after Shuraig drops.
This was actually the first draft of the combo and something I was going to mention but decided not to. The extra Appo negate is worth it usually game 1 imo but you can be more conservative like that games 2 and 3 when you suspect Belle or such. The card being searched off Nervall isn't as important here as it is for other variants bc Fire King is recursive enough.
I don’t know if anyone pointed out, but in combo 2 if you destroy Kirin instead on your opponent’s from deck, you can bring back barong anyway AND pop a card
Yup yup! Realized that right after. Super crazy stuff.
The last combo on revolt can not happen if it was Little Knight. You have no Zones to summon the Shuraig to the field.
However the Unicorn it can.
Great combo video! May test out the different variants from Pure, Snake-eyes, and Tri-brigade
I mention this in the video. You can just revolt first or use Little Knight effect.

One misplay though. You cannot rez Sacred Garunix by its own effect in response to Eternity's destructuion if it was a material.
Garunix has to BE in the GY at the time the desruction happened to activate.

It's definitely the less popular Fire King variant but I think it's solid!

Yes but it's not really necessary tbh
Sacred garunix won't come back if you circle pop Hyang garunix because it was still material when it was popped, it needs to be detached first.
but you can use hyang to summon 2 so just summon garunix that way.
Can you play bird up with the fire king support or is it weaker?
You can play a small engine of Bird Up cards in Fire King to search Ponix if you REALLY want too I guess but you can't play Fire King cards in Bird Up. Zero Extra Deck space and clogs the main with bricks.

@@AuroraYGObasically just turbos out a rank 8, can do some funky things with that I guess with Zombie Vampire but... not convinced it's all that great either.
Anyone know why YGO Omega wont let me use Kitt or Fraktall's link summoning effect for the last combo? It wont let me banish Shuraig and Kerass to summon Barren Blossom
Make sure your Link Arrow isn't blocked.
Attempting to play the fraktaal combo in master duel, however once I summon Kitt with Bearbrumm effect I cannot activate Kitt’s effect to Link summon Ferrijit, does anyone know why?
Make sure you don't summon Kitt to the Link Zone!
The second combo wouldn't Kitt get dump effect again also to send a nerval and add another tribrigade from deck to the hand.
You already trigger it by Revolt you don't want to waste resources with Kitt

When you use her search effect yes. Not the discard to summon.

Sometimes it's necessary if your opponent's board is more important.
This feels way worse than just tri spright
Probably not. FK are better than both Spright and Tri currently, and the synergy between Spright and Tri is just terrible without Elf (proven by lack of tops compared to any other Spright variant).
