It’s true, I listened to the Beetlejuice cast recording once and was like eh, not my thing, but I reslistened to it a few days ago + stumbled across a few live performances and interviews etc. and now I’m friking obsessed
She is like the second understudy for Lydia. Presley Ryan was the official understudy for Lydia until Sophia left and then she became Lydia fulltime. Before Sophia left, if there was a night where both Sophia and Presley couldn't make it, Dana would go on as lydia, and sometimes Pres and Dana switched roles.
When I saw Beetlejuice and I was meeting the cast I was to short so my dad had to give Dana the playbill to sign and I was very sad I didn’t get to say hi to her. Lol

This way, Presley couldn't understudy Girl Scout, and another Girl Scout understudy would. For example, Brook Engen.
This show is/was so much better than the movie!
