I’m 15 and I have pretty dang hard knuckles from punching walls and knuckle push ups alone dawg. Very good for knuckle density but maybe not for wrist in the long run
Yes that will help to getting hard knuckles and great first support but try to punch on a sand bag or a tyre first as a warm-up

I'm 39 and have small hands, my question is: with my age is there any way i can increase my hands and fingers size? I say increase in terms of making them more muscular and thicker, looking more masculine!
you cant increase your hand size, its genetical
but you can increase its strength
yes my brother. there're lots of exercises that helps to increase our hand size like pressing the hand grippers, stretchers and the more use of hanging with hands as long as you can
