In the Game you can give/offer certain Characters (in this case Isshin Ashina) a glass of Sake or other Booze you collect in the Game World and they'd normally expunge on their life stories as well when you do that. Pretty neat way of giving players a choice/way of exploring the world/lore of the Game as well imho.
After hearing her talk about this, that she'll do the same for the sake of Pekoland and instead of Isshin-sama, PekoMami will come out instead, I can not see this the same way.

Yes. There is an old version Isshin in this game where you can give him sake.

@@marksu0616 you can't miss it, even killing npcs won't lock you out of getting it. But you really need to explore a lot of stuff
