    I really like this phrase: 'Make the decision and adjust as needed. Clarity often comes from doing.' It's a great reminder that taking action, even if it's not perfect, can lead to a clearer understanding of the situation. Thanks for sharing, Eric!

      "Perfect is the enemy of good", as the old aphorism goes :)

    Hey Eric-this was excellent! I've been on my leadership journey for almost 40 years, and have learned from all of the topics you share. Tomorrow I have an all day meeting with business owners to discuss much of what you laid out. I will tell them about this video and encourage them to watch. Thanks!!

      Hi Jeff, that's fantastic to hear! No greater endorsement of one's work than good ol' word of mouth :) Good luck with the meeting-those all-dayers can be tiring!

    @Eric, this video was incredibly insightful! 🙌 I really appreciate the way you broke down the cognitive abilities, people skills, and character traits that great leaders need.
    The examples you shared, especially on being visionary and acting decisively, really hit home for me. To fully understand and implement everything you covered, I feel like I need to watch it at least 5 times-it’s packed with so much valuable content! Thanks for sharing such impactful insights.

    Can these principles work at a personal level? how to apply them effectively on a personal level?

    • @EricPartaker1
      @EricPartaker1  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely! These principles can definitely be applied on a personal level. For example, being visionary isn't just for leading teams-it's about having a clear sense of where you want to go in your own life, setting inspiring personal goals, and creating a roadmap to achieve them. Critical thinking helps you evaluate your own decisions, overcome challenges, and make thoughtful choices, while decisiveness is about acting on those choices without overthinking or hesitating.
      To apply them effectively, start by defining your personal "why"-what are you striving for, and why does it matter? Then, regularly assess your progress, adjust your course as needed, and make confident decisions, trusting that you can adapt as new information comes in. It’s about leading your own life with purpose, clarity, and action.
