Living in the UK we have a lot more Jamaican and Caribbean black people here and the young white guys in those areas often speak with a Jamaican patiois. That's even weirder. You have a lot of black guys here who just speak with a normal English accent and then you got these white guys walking around sounding Jamaican

I also see a lot of reactor's acting tough, when they obviously aren't. You are not that kind of reactor, you're chill and funny, which is why we love your channel.

Today I'm certainly not up to date on the lingo, and I'm not so sure I've aged that gracefully either. At least I am myself, which is someone training hard to become a grumpy old geezer.
Wanna be was the more general term. We used that also. I grew up in South Central Los Angeles and the other two terms were used more often. I’m sure every area had their own slang, like you said.

Kevin the guitarist, was the janitor at my elementary school. We used to play on the roof tops of the school at night. When he'd take a break, he'd go plug into the PA in the cafeteria and play punk songs.
