How do you lift an FG5000 off the pallet, I have one sitting on a pallet, but lifting by grinding head/column seems wrong?

The manual indicates the best method is to use a fork truck and lift from the back of the machine only. You may need to use pry bars to lift the back edge enough to slide the forks under the unit.
