As we say in the USA. Holly shit. Great video as always. I just can’t believe how much work to get to the spark plugs. Good job as always.

Hello friend, great videos, I learn a lot from them. One question I have the same motorcycle, how did you observe the state of the spark plugs after 30,000 kms that BMW says to change them, could they last a little longer? Thank you.

Great series of Videos, thanks for sharing, I own the S1000XR, which is an even bigger pain to get to the plugs, after watching this I've got more confidence to try and get at them myself, would you have done the valve clearance on this model as well?

@@TheOldMechanic there's a couple of instructional videos out there, ones in Korean the Other in Spanish, I was going to tackle them, when doing the plugs, but wasn't to sure on taking the throttle body off, also the alignment tool if a shim has to be changed isn't cheap, my bikes off to the stealership next week, £265 for plugs and check, £375 if adjustment is required, any crafty tips on marking up to see if they actually do it.

Was it a 3/8 drive socket and rachet used?

In typical bmw fashion. You need to take half the vehicle apart to do simple jobs
