The advice about talking to kids about a scary experience sounds good. My parents weren't good about validating our feelings, and it wasn't good for our emotional development.

      Agreed. She seems looney.

She stinks at listening to someone who knows more than her. The over drama she brings in all the immature sighing and over talking and "AHHHH!". She needs to learn how to listen better, for sure. I understand her frustration with her husband but I am sure she isn't helping the situation either and trying to make the family "look" a certain way.

Y'all are not taking into account how nerve racking it can be to be on a public stage like this. Even if it's just your voice. On top of that, it's some of her most vulnerable stuff.

If parents are struggling with their kids finding out about Santa, some advice that I loved when my daughter was young is this: upon finding out the truth, kids get to help the adults around them BE Santas for younger kids and the kids who still believe! It puts a fun spin on an otherwise disappointing moment and gives them something to be excited about around the topic of Santa. I hope this idea helps someone else like it helped my family!

My husband and I didn't get to see two of our grandchildren at the beginning. If covid, but our daughter-in-law's mother told her she was being unreasonable. We have seen them every other week since as we had done since their births.

Wow, Carmen might be one of the most obnoxious callers ever on this show. If you call someone for advice then BE QUIET & LISTEN. John could barely get a word in!

Tupperware and essential oil people are in MLMs which is why they must tell everyone about it in hopes you fall for their “business opportunity” 😂

I can relate to the 2nd caller. My ex didn’t communicate about anything non-surface level w/ his parents, yet he had a joint, small-talk phone call w/ the both of them DAILY. I really didn’t think anything of it at the time, but looking back it’s a little peculiar…

Yes, when your partner doesn't step up for you, what do you have left? Poor girl is laughing when she should be crying. She will cry later, when she realizes he isn't a real man in the most important sense of the word. You cannot un-ring that bell.

Wow, I love that Nessa, she's everything I want to be. John is making her uncomfortable talking about her husband in a horrible way. Awkward...

Many husbands are dropping the ball these days, staying children instead of being leaders.
