She was not fired. She did a whole online interview where she stated that she had been dancing with Bey for over 15 years and during the pandemic she realized that she really wanted to branch out and do more. Some of which she mentioned in THIS video, like take on more acting roles as well as work on her lifestyle company called Cachet Brands, and she also have a line of CBD wellness products that she is working on.
The woman has had the same career for umpteen years, she did not want to get to be 50 years old and her only accomplishment be Beyonce's back up dancer, not that there is anything wrong with that but SHE happen to have other goals she wanted to pursue. There was no firing by Beyonce, Ashley was just ready for a change.
So if you are "starting not to like Beyonce" at least let it be for something that she ACTUALLY DID.
