Okay, for those of you who claim she lipsyncs, how dumb are you? It's the backup singers. THE MAMAS. This is their name and of course their voices' tones are pretty close to Beyonce's. She mostly dances that part of the song and always leaves the singing to Mamas, every show. It is not something she hides or anything too. It is called performance.
She uses mostly live vocals but there is playback used. Which is totally normal and very logical, professional, and healthy. She has stated this before. Our vocals develop callouses and nodules which cant be removed. If she sings live 100% for every performance with the techniques she uses, she will compromise her voice...really bad. So to protect herself-her health, quality of life, and to give you the best performance because she cares about her fans, she will use playback here and there (mainly during the chorus which she can sing over). I've seen many singers in our industry with vocal callouses. Its depressing and it hinders your (if not stops all together) vocal abilities. It's really quite sad, and it's even sadder when some fans refuse to give her that respect. She needs to stay healthy and happy and STRONG.
Update : 😩 unfortunately they're no longer Together and the engagement was broken on good terms , but Ashley is happy and living her best life . She did an article on it and I encourage all young ladies who are considering dating to read this first and learn to love and discover who you are before trying to define yourself with another person . This video will always be one of my faves though 💕 she's moved on how so who knows , he might pull something like this or something simple and sweet and the next thing we might see is her in w wedding dress with Bey is attendance .
