This modular home has a rustic vibe and the log cabin features just enough space for a second home or primary residence for a smaller family! The manufacturer for this house is apart of Hilltop Structures. The model for this home is the "Pioneer Cabin." This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has roughly 725 square foot. I love it. Livingroom too small though. If it had a bigger living room & three bedrooms, I would love to have it.
Gorgeous little cabin! Probably way out of the average person's price range, lol. "Small" homes are now the new luxury. Soon we'll all be living in cardboard boxes :P

This I actually like.
I love the theme and the finishes but the main area seems like its all kitchen space. In a home like this they should vault the ceiling a bit more and create a space with a high end electric fireplace with maybe some stack stone around it. The main bathroom needs the counter turned so it can have more surface area to put stuff. The outside was nice and does offer more space to hang out and entertain weather permitting. Thanks for sharing.

My husband had waaay more clothes and stuff than me. We have a decent size walk-in closet in our room. It's basically split between us, but he also has stuff in both guest bdrm closets and the front coat closet. The good thing is, he was very organized! He had a lot of stuff, but it was all in its place. Now that he's in Heaven and I have to sort it all out, it's really overwhelming! 😕

No, it's definitely not typical. I've always had more clothes than my husband and he's always gotten. The smaller closet or the least amount of space l o l
You could move the table more in front of the kitchen sink to make more room.
Ditch the table and put in an island .storage under
Love this…..but go with a one bedroom, and use 1st one as living room, no walls separating.
The living room is to small you need to look on the far end and see if you can maybe find of setting up the kitchen

The fist bedroom needs a half bath.
There doesn’t seem to be any rods in the closet.
Not sure why people put little to no eves on their homes and no gutters. Rain overtime right along the foundation causes problems..

Not bad for a vacation home but it's a little too dark for me...also that living room is way small...if I had it I would build a nice size family room on back and use the other for dining...maybe a small island in kitchen...

Holy cow, dude! I love your videos but sometimes when you pan around to show the entire room - like you did with the kitchen and living room - it was done so fast it made me dizzy. Other than that, it was a great video and a cool home. I just thought I'd mention that because it's happened in other videos, too.

I don't like it, the porch had no length from the wall to the railing. Red door, i don't think so, a home is not a home without a huge porch.
Should hacvmve had a half porch that porch space could be used to open up the bedrooms and bath bathrooms are small
