People usually talk about their failures and struggles after they have gone through and overcome. But to talk about it While it’s happening that’s courage.
As a fellow law student all I can say is we don’t talk about failure in law school enough. You are brave for this and you made the best decision for YOU right now. Stay healthy !❤️❤️ all the best with all you’re doing. You’ll succeed on the next try
Law SCHOOL is the hardest things you've done??? What about the BAR??? I'd much rather go through 3 years of law school again than study for that Bar, thought Bar study is usually about 2 months. But I'm in the USA, so maybe things are a bit different.
@@jdstep97 of course the bar is super hard too, I have PTSD still lol. For me law school was hard specially the first year because I came from a different country, different language plus the shock of the Socratic method too.
I was legit going to say the same thing your friend said. Sometimes failure is just a redirection. Until you try other things you won't know where your true path is. Also like you said, you are God's favorite. Why will God Want you to take a path He doesn't want you on. Congratulations on taking a break.... You did the right thing ❤❤
Hi, replying because your message sounds like my story. Just a different program. My take on it is that the good Lord is calling you. He said take his yoke for it is light. Through my failure, I was drawn to Him, him helping me to let go of what I kept as idols in my life. The Lord is calling you. To enter into prayer and fasting building on the relationship that you already started with him. Before I failed, he did leave a message with me, that was to have patient endurance. Your life may change from this point, at least from what you may have known it to be. But whatever the case, I definitely see this as God's calling you and learning to trust Him in all His decisions and will for your life.
Perseverance is key. Sometimes fail of exams is redirection. Be gentle with yourself and renew yourself. Remain full of hope and faith. Whether you finish law school at 25, 28, 32...you finish. You are unique and don't compare yourself with anyone else. You are gaining life experience
This is good to see, I was talking to a Friend that people don’t talk about their failures and struggles in law school. What they didn’t do right and all. Nice one darling. I’m praying so hard I pass mine as well…
I feel your pain…..I have been in the same situation before. I failed the same paper twice. Got home from work and broke down. Called my parents and said I was quitting school. They talked me into it. They gave me a break from school and I took that particular class again and came out with an A. You know yourself better. And if taking a break will make you heal, don’t hesitate to. People will definitely say hurtful words, but always remember you are in no competition with anyone. I wish you all the best🤞🏼
My dear thank you for sharing this!!! I had a similar experience bc in the US you have to take the LSAT before even applying to law schools and certain schools have a median score their applicants must have to get in. I took the LSAT a total of 3x (paid $200 to take it 3x!!!), got rejected & waitlisted from ALL the schools I applied to. I was so discouraged and decided to take a break to gather myself. I’ve been working as a legal assistant/paralegal in the meantime as well. That was in 2020… so finally in 2023, I’m dusting myself off to reapply for schools again. Your journey is unique! It is well. 🙏🏾💜
I’m proud of you. 🥰🥰🥰🥰Studying law in Ghana especially is not easy. It is really draining. You will pass through successfully on your next papers. Every successful story has failures.❤❤❤❤
Fam, I'm proud of you. I'd have said getting to law school is a win on its own because most don't even make it there. Doesn't lessen the pain you went through though. Getting back on the saddle the way you have isn't easy, but you're doing it. Looking forward to seeing what you do next. PS. Thank God for "Him" and ill hit you up on a collab soon😊
I’m currently in my last semester in law school(undergraduate) And I still don’t think I’m prepared for this makola thing . I want to further my studies in a different field of study . Just to try new things aside law . I hope that at the end of it all I’ll be able to decide where my heart is and if I’ll still want to do the makola. Thanks for your advice. You’ve gained a subscriber ❤
@@sandygreen2707 isn’t it the same as Ghana school of law ( makola) it’s the same . Just that for specification purposes, when asked by someone then you let them know whether it’s makola or which ever law school you attends. So what your saying is incorrect. It’s not considered law school then it’s considered what ?
I can totally understand how it must have been for you. Law school can literally mess everything up and I can relate on that level. I am so glad you are taking a step back to truly identify your path. I am so proud of you and I can't wait to see what this year holds for you! Love you❤
Kudos to you for those attempts. It's not easy balancing law school and life, so well done. I had to take a break from the Bar and honestly it was a difficult decision to make nonetheless, the best for my sanity and development in other areas of my life. So breathe, take some time out, re-strategise and recuperate. You may find your passion in something else other than law and that is completely fine. You've got this!
Aba I so get you, ones lost can totally bring you down while there is a connection, it’s good you took the break, it makes you stronger and stronger ✌🏾
