your opening statement is really true, sometimes ago i feel the same way that i am doing so much for my haor but not getting results, i was following all the steps you told but my hair oil was not good i changed my hair oil from those mineral oils to 100 percent natural oil little extra coco onion hair oil and shampoo, i must tell you everything started working as if it was a missing puzzle of my hair care routine.
I'm doing lots of these mistakes! Can stop anything but having shower two times a week is lot difficult with this climate! I usually wash my hair everyday! 🙄

Well, using a hairbrush instead of a comb is super tough for me as my hair is super curly, and I'll only end up searching for the hairbrush within my hair 😂 any solution
