What I don't get is how did a critique on Shedeur, turned into a comparison between Cam (former NFL player) and Shedeur (college player) . Nothing wrong with the critique but the way Cam did it, was what older dudes who cant let go of their glory days do. Next time keep the comparisons within Shedeur's peer group. I'm sure if he did that he would find that Shedeur's big games are just as big as the next college football QB's big games. Shedeur's draft number will be based on his peer group, not based on what Cam Newton did back when he was at Auburn.

The moment you allow that to get out, you have to accept what comes back with that. At this point his podcast is good and he wants to make sure it is something that sticks around for a long time. You're not going to do that by alienating the next generation of football players. This new generation of players are no softer than the old generation of players. The difference is the new generation have access to social media and their own platforms where they don't have to play ball with people who choose to unfairly criticize them. The older generation had to grin and bear the critiques and criticisms because they didn't have their own platforms to put their own message out to the masses.
