I don't care if he did get 200k, He was under paid. His financial impact on the university of Auburn and the city of Auburn was in the Billions.. Cam brought a chip to a school that had not had one in over 50 yrs and he did it with little to no help.. Cam is a top 10 college player of all time

As an Alabama fan, I fully recognize Cam's talent as a great player. My neighbor, who attended Auburn University during their first championship game, eagerly awaited another victory and celebrated when Cam led the team to another title. I enjoyed talking with her about the different football seasons until she passed away early this year. She didn't believe that the school paid any money.

I'm with Cam 100%, that NCAA investigation was nonsense. But the question you have to ask isn't why Mississippi State would try to get at him, by saying he took money. The question is, why did they pick a number like $180k?
They official story was that his father told Mississippi State "Cam needs between 100-180k to play for your team". 😅I've never heard of anyone demanding money with such a generous wide range... Like a negotiation _with himself._ Weird. Then, even with his father supposedly demanding a wide range of funds necessary for Cam to play, Why was Mississippi State still certain he was coming to play for them, on signing day?
Weird. I know whenever someone tells me the price for something, and I say "No thanks. I'm not paying it", I'm not expecting the FedEx Truck to still deliver it the next day...
