My 330i with JB+ dinan cold air intake, turbo inlet and ER charge pipe has me at 303 wheel horsepower and 368ft-lb ( 500Nm ). This setup is technically stage 0 since its all under factory DME control. with intake manifold, intercooler, port injection fuel conversion and W.3 94mm turbo on bm3 flash tune that would put me over 500Hp and 600ft-lb.
Also risk blowing the B48 since the -20i variants use the B480A block which has zero forged components and a less robust seal setup. This specific engine is also 11:1 compression so it was from factory designed to only ever make 184Hp and 192ft-lb. B46/B48B blocks in the -30i variants strong enough to make well over 500wheel horsepower thanks to supra tuners. After you hit 600hp you going to need forged pistons.
@@GasPollTVprobably custom tuning. Some tuners lower down the torque cause torque is killing the engine's longevity. You don't need very high torque for 3-series cause this is not 2000kg weight car

It faster and its whp normal 330i got 200 whp 258 hp on engine and this 20i got 228 whp and 300 hp on engine
