Does it regenerate the deep collagen in the neck so as to heal the brainstem compression? I have problems in that area.

Yes it can be used Anywhere on the body except the eyes and thyroid.

Can you suggest a laser brand to purchase for home use? I assume the brand you are using is only for medical professionals?

yes there are many to choose from. we like multi radiance pain away laser for several reasons. 1 its a class 1A laser better for patient home use. 2 it is super pulsed, much better for patient home use and ease of use. 3. its an actual real laser diode being used , unlike many other s that claim to be lasers and are only Infared. We have the pain away lasers 15 watt for $2,995.00 with carrying case, glasses, charger. Have you used the Laser TRX ? It states it is 25w (like the MR4) but is 1/10 the cost which is still a lot for me. It has a 180 day money back guarantee if unsatisfied. I broke down and charged it, but I would like to know your professional opinion on it if you have any knowledge. TY you in advance. Your videos convinced me to order a cheaper laser to try, it is pretty good (I noticed improvement in 24 hours of severe inflammation in my ankle disappearing after 2, 30 minute treatments) but it is not professional strength I figured a laser that is more then 25 times stronger will really help with my injuries.

I’m not sure of that laser, the mr 4 is 25 watt and mr5 50 watt. That just lowers your treatment times.
