Happy for you meeting such a legend and very kind taking into account his privacy! I saw Djevel live some months ago and still the only concert in my life with no lights lol, only the candles. Also during preshow the hooded guitarist was wearing a "Burzum tour '92" shirt that I'd never seen before and I got it myself afterwards lol. They are indeed amazing! Great video as always brother!

I checked some Ritual Death live videos and Wraath didn't sing to the mic either, I supose that as you said, he has mic under the mask or something. In terms of playback, I've seen him live twice with Darvaza (very recomended!) and everything seemed legit. Also he's long within the scene, played/is playing in very solid bands, so I bet he wouldn't use it.
They have these headset microphones that they hide under the masks. Ive seen em live and the soundcheck with mic and without mask.

If you can hear melodies in drums and create drum parts as melodies and feel them and perceive them that way, you are top-notch, really connected to the music you create or in this case, listen. Very, VERY RARE statement, that can only come from truly talented and special people. Gotta pay those guys a listen.
