If you poke some extra holes all over the headliner some of the light will seep through them and give the effect dim vs bright "stars" it also fills the space even more...good job

Use a add a fuse, cut the plug off then strip the wire you’ll have to figure out what’s ground and what’s power, you can find a small bolt to ground to under the dash or closer to the fuse box
