    That class survey Luigi did is super depressing. How can there be hope for a better kind future market when this is how at least half of the future business people are thinking?

    We appear to be facing a crisis of poor incentivisation. Not just in food but AI, financial services even smart meters for power consumption here in the UK for pity sake! Is it just that in a post-truth world, do we lack enough grounded people with common sense to make good quality, evidence based decisions?

    Very insightful. I don’t agree with Marion Nestle because hyperpalatability can exist without those “special” ingredients she mentions, it would been great if she could give some specific examples of the engineering. Many sauces which aren’t hyper processed by her definition and things of the sort increase hyperpalatability and hence can lead to an overconsumption of calories.
