Hello. I Would like to know wether its a good replica to hit people at 50 m. With a better cannon, willl it perfomr better or the replica itsefl is limited?
Out-of-the-box 50m shots are possible... sometimes. For that kind of range you need to replace hop rubber and inner barrel. And for that you need to replace the hop-up unit (as I show in the video). After that you can replace the main spring in the gearbox for higher power and the air nozzle (for better consistancy between shots).
The inner barrel isn't that important; the hop-up rubber makes the real difference. Well, you'll hit something at 50m with stock replica, but you'll probably have to use a whole magazine to hit anyone. If I were you, I would buy the replica and see how it shoots and if the accuracy is not good enough then start replacing parts @@polarbear5464
I made them myself using 2 mm thick peace of plastic. If I rememmber correctly I screwed the spacers onto the recevier , so it was fixed/unmovable. Then I measured where the holes for fixing the hop unit need to be. Ofcorse I didn't get them right, so I had to elongate the screwholes on the hop unit so I had some room to adjust the spacing. After I attached the hop unit on the recever I tightened the screws a bit and then I put the outer barrel (with hop unit in place) onto the recever. After that I pushed the hop unit back towards the gearbox, so I got the correct position of the unit inside the gun. Then I removed the outer barrel and tightened the screws all the way. That's basicly it; if you have any more questions just ask
OK, it took a while, but here is the 3D model of the assembly mount (the part that holds together the upper and lower reciver) www.thingiverse.com/thing:6680714
@@joh_nas Yes, the PETG is strong enough. The part didn't broke at any point. However, the receivers are held tightly together, but if you grab the upperand try to rotate it you can twist it a bit. So, print the part with thick walls and use a lot of infill. If I were to print a new part I would do it with ASA (they say it's a lot stronger)
I didn't spend much on upgrades (about 30€). This replica can be upgrated with standard parts (and now there are 120 bb mid-caps available for them). SWIT version is the SRC gbb (if I'm not wrong). Which one to pick... Answer these questions. What kind of power are you allowed and how far do you want your replica to shoot (aeg is better). In what envirement are you shooting (gbbs are real bad if it's +10°C or colder... even CO2). How much money do you have to spend (gbb is very expencive with expencive mags). How good are you at upgrading (gbb mags can be a real pain when they start leaking; aeg you need to upgrade once a year.... maybe every two years)
@@AirsoftTipsandReviews Yeah Im on a budget and I'd like this one more, just wanted to know if the upgrades are costy or not, cause if they were and reached a similar price to the SRC I woulda got that one, but this one is more appealing

@@AirsoftTipsandReviews Will changing the inner barrel make a considerable reliable upgrade? 50m shots would me my max range, yes.

Where did you get the spacers to use the AK hop up? Or did you make them? Im currently working on the same gun, so any info would be appreciated.

Hi is the petg strong enough to hold it or did yours broke at any point?

With all the money invested in the upgrade is it worth more to buy the SWIT Airsoft one? Or performance wise they are the same-ish?

That is a screw with a cross-head (the slot on top of it is in a shape of a cross or +).
@@AirsoftTipsandReviews The two types are the Pozidriv and the Phillips. Both + heads.
