    Dr Biswaroop Roy choudhary sir world ke best Dr ha. 1 year pehle Mera sugar level pp 422 ho Gaya tha. Jab me Dr ko dikhaya ta banana mango apple Yani all fruits khane ki nana Kar dya tha. Or medicine ki ek lambi list da dya tha. Jab me Dr BRC sir Ka video Dekha diabetes ke upar or tab se me Dip diet follow Kar Raha hu . Or Mera sugar level 5 days me pp 155 ho Gaya tha. Or tab se me Dip diet par hu or Mera sugar level pp 180 ke upar abhi tak nhi Aya. Dr BRC sir ki wajah se me bilkul aj fit or Normal hu.

    *Eight Steps of DIP Diet: It is a plant based diet to keep you healthy and disease free.*
    *Step One: Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured locally available seasonal fruits in between 8'O clock to 12.00 noon. Fruits quantity must be not below 10% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of fruits must be not below 600 grams. These fruits must be munched or chewed in atleast 30 minutes.*
    *Step Two: Eat Salad (Plate 1) before Lunch (Plate 2). Gap between Plate 1 & Plate 2 must be 30-60 minutes. Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured locally available seasonal vegetables in Plate 1 (Lunch & Dinner). Salad quantity must be not below 5% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of vegetables Salad must not below 300 grams. These vegetables Salad must be munched or chewed in atleast 30 minutes.*
    *Step Three: 2 hours after lunch snacks between 5-6 PM. Take either Sprouts, soaked dry fruits or coconut.*
    *Step Four: Dinner before 7.00 PM or strictly last 8.00 PM*
    *Step Five: Not to eat: CRAP: C: Carboneted Drinks/Chai/coffee. R: Refined foods, Refined sugar, refined maida, refined oils; A: Animal & Dairy foods or Artificial foods & P: Processed foods or packaged foods.*
    *Step Six: Sunbath minimum 40 minutes.*
    *Step Seven: Cheat day once a week. No cheat day for unhealthy people for 3 months;*
    *Step Eight: Sprouts: Quantity total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of sprouts must be 60 grams; Soaked Dry fruits Quantity total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of soaked dry fruits must be 60 grams; Coconut water quantity as much as you like & Hunza tea quantity as much as you like.*

    Sir I m following dip diet since 15th February 2022. I was taking BP medicine since 15 years and since 8 month for diebetic medicine. Just after 20 days following dip diet, both medicine I gave up. I also lose my weight. I thank you both of you sir.

    Thanks both Dr BSR and Manas sir. DIP diet is very effective , remedy of all diseases. Last 15 months I am using DIP diet daily . My whole family members follow DIP diet . Everyone are healthy and no medicine of alopathy is using. We are not taking paracetamol in fever . During fever coconut ,.fruits and vegetables are sufficient

    👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍I tried this for 8 days and my mouth ulcers (which usually don't go away before 2 weeks ) cleared away 100% by the end of 5th day itself 🙏🏻. I extended it for 3 more days anyway. But this was miraculous. I didn't have to even apply any ointment either.

    Sir I got fiver I didn't take medicine, only 5 oranges I had at 5PM I put my leg in hot water for 45 minutes my fiver increased ,I took rest ofter half an hour I use to check my fever gradually fever was getting less by approximately 0.5 degrees
    And till 9.30pm my temperature was 98 degrees .also I was coughing it completely stopped and my cold frequency reduced. It happened twice yesterday and last two months back. From yesterday 5.pm till morning 9am I did my fasting. Almost 16 hours. And I really God the result. I am really thankful to dr.brc.sir I am very much thankfull to you and your Tim members. By teaching you I making our life healthy and happy. You are doing a great job. May God bless you.

    One of the most effective and useful video.
    Have a few questions.
    1. Like fruits are the green leaves to be taken separately/ one after another or can they be mixed and eaten.
    2. Two things are prominently present in green leaves a) chemicals and b) dust or soil.
    What can be done to remove both. Tried hot water for cleaning. All leaves murjha gayee.
    3. Can we exercise or do yoga or walk after taking leaves ? Or all these activities to be done empty stomach only.
    Kindly advise.

    Mera Mammi ka PP sugar thi 561. Dr. ne kaha insuline lene ka. Mein DIP diet start kiya 4 din pehle. Aur abhi mera mammi ka pp sugar level 262. Mera mammi ka sugar 31 yrs ka . Thank you Dr. BRC.

    I am 47 years old. During my college days until 1996, I was a good athlete. but after leaving college, the exercises were disturbed.
    Now for last 20 years I can do only small exercises but muscles are not building.

    Dr. BishwaRoooRoy ji, I used and using still a DIP diet, and my diabetes disappeared and heartfelt thanks to you for the fact that I'm totally diabetic free.
    Now high bp still on tge problem. But drastic is 70 and is unde4 well control but systolic still very high....as high 190.
    And my HB is 10 and I feel very week.
    What shall I do more? Please guide me....
