Just eat a very low carbohydrate diet and choose your fats wisely. Do plenty of exercise and relax. Eat salad with cold pressed olive oil with every meal. If the T levels are very high please take prescribed medicines and of course stay away from alcohol.

मेने घी तेल मिठा सब खाना छौडा पर ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम ना हो 200 से 250 पहुंच गया परन्तु कैस्ट्रॉल कम हो गया और मेरे खोज के अनुसार आयुर्वेद मे ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम करने की कोई जडी बुटी है ही नही ट्रगलसाईड का बढना पैनक्राईटिस रोग का होना है
