Car Wont Go Into Gear Even When Engine Is Off - Fix Shifter Cable

The solution to a car that won't go into gear even when the car is off.

Can we get it please I have to change mine. I just got some new oem cables price was kinda hefty for them so I’m trying to bang out the labor

its not cheap in my case, toyota discontinuing them only option is ebay or junk yard
