I would play it, it’s far from perfect and not my first choice, Xbox for that personally BUT it’s a decent option especially if it’s your only choice or you want the portability!
Had the first installment of this game on the Xbox and loved it. Absolutely love the second game handheld the portability aspect and being able to take my career mode on the go with me everywhere I go is clutch 👍🏼 no pun intended
Thank you for the review, I almost bought it on my switch. I was really hoping for a handheld motocross game during Nintendo great deal sale going on $20. My opinion on why they didn't spend time on this game. Japanese people don't Motocross, or care about America's love for Motocross I guess... Instead we get stupid anime garbage. Thankful for my XBOX ONE X and PS4 for there awesomeness.... Switch will always be my nostalgia gameing machine like Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong....

Great review. I think they should contract Panic Button to port these kinds of games to switch. Panic Button worked miracles with Doom, Wolfenstein and especially Warframe.

Agreed, if they had the resources then that would be amazing but I can’t imagine Panic Button come in cheap from the titles they work with and simply the reputation they’ve built for themselves. The AI sometime feel like they are on a track so you fall even though they hit you while they keep going. All in All I wish i spent $40 or $20 for it instead of $60. Hopefully we will get a textures update

Does anyone know if you can add AI Bots to local multiplayer? Been thinking about picking it up mainly for local multiplayer, but only if it allows for a full field of riders.
all i have is the switch i downloaded it yesterday i like it i have gp3 also this one controls waaay better just does everything better im good with it can anyone tell me the best settings for the bike control

I never had any difficulty finding anyone online honestly which is great to see! Curious to see how long the online community sticks round for! Hopefully for a while! I’m enjoying the portability I will say.
look how gorgeous mario kart is.. and runs flawlessly in handheld.. Milestone just can't do it.. they need to hire someone who knows how to port to switch.
Mario kart doesnt have the same type of graphics, that's supposed to be a cartoon look, this is supposed to be realistic. Not accurate to compare the two.

GRID was one of my favorite racing games of all time, codemasters crushed that one. I believe it was one of the first to include rewind feature too. It was a great looking game when it first came out!
Grid was great. I just wish codemasters hadn't of branched off from toca race driver. Toca race driver 3 is STILL my favorite track racer of all time and I pray daily for a 4th modern entry
Yeah that would be an amazing come back. My personal favorite is the Dirt series! I’m curious to see where codemasters go with the switch after the GRID release!
I’m curious to see what Xenon Racer is like! Soedesco are putting it out and I like a lot of the titles they release! Was a bit pricier than I expected though being 49.99, was expecting more around 29.99 tbh
I would say if your a real moto fan, buy the game. It's not perfect, the switch was made for cartoonish games. For what it is, it's dope. Supercross 2 sucked either way and we all know that but it's better than nothing and it's cool that i can race handheld.

Track editor is a ton of fun, I found myself sinking some serious hours into it! Both on Xbox and here!

I think the problem here is that Milestone don‘t have the ressources to instruct another studio that‘s responsible only for the Switch port.
