All-purpose flour 150 grams, 0:31
Oil 40 grams, 0:37
White granular sugar 10 grams, 0:41
Water(room temperature) 85 grams, 0:44
•Ingredients for pastry:
All-purpose flour 150 grams, 1:15
Oil 75 grams, 1:18
• Ingredients for fillings:
Rose sauce 300 grams, 1:35
Cooked flour 40 grams, 1:35
Oil 30 grams, 1:51
Egg yolk one, 4:23(to brush it on the surface of cakes)
•Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees, bake it for 20-25 mins in middle of oven. Take it out when it's in right color. Don't use hot air.

很喜歡老爸氣定神閒的操做,不像我們手忙腳亂的。這個餅聞起來一定很香。
最佩服老爸随手一分,就是一样大小的面团,一样大小的馅料。一点不多,一点不少。看着老爸操作就是享受。看着拍摄和剪辑的视频也是享受。鲜花饼真是太奢侈美味了。老爸有时间的时候能不能教我们做江米条。

椰子油会有味道,用牛油饼皮会比较硬. Margarine=人造奶油也叫植物黄油就不会太硬.还是食用油或猪油好.
黄油,某些国家的人叫牛油.做椰奶蛋糕,饼干之类用椰子油就ok,增香.
