There are days after chemo when you can't even walk more than a few yards, I would imagine this is only achievable during the "good week" before the next infusion.
As a stage 4 cancer patient/survivor, that last line, "cancer is a full time job" really hit me. And as a lifelong fitness enthusiast who managed to remain reasonably active during chemo, this is a powerful message!
Watching this put me to tears because I know exactly how she feels. Im a 17 year old girl who was been battling osteosarcoma cancer since I was 12 and I’ve just recently went back to school two days ago and was in complete shock and broken at how weak my body is. But that only makes me much more determined to keep going or I’m only going to get weaker therefore i went back today and all thanks to God that J made it through. Still was a struggle but much easier than my first day. She is right about cancer being a daily fight which doesn’t help make it better, but that’s life.
Exercise helps, it's true. I swim 2x 40-50min in sea every day now. 4th day after chemo I get strength and feel better, it helps my body and mind so, so much! When back home, I go for walks with my dogs in nature. Can't walk up the hill, real hard for my heart... Have hard days and good days, I will continue with Pilates-Reformer exercise, to build muscle. Yes, every single day is a fight! You go girl, you are not alone, stay strong, never give up! 💪💪💪
Just doing that made her mood improve, she was smiling and laughing all the time...this really helps too.
I can relate. God bless her!

Good luck!
