One of my D&D buddies become my supervisor at work. You have to mention clearly if your addressing to your buddy or your boss when you have things to say, otherwise it can turn wrong.

If it was one or two wolf helms I would not have minded, but that SW 30k release just about made me bin my diy space marine chapter. So to sum it up yeah I was quite salty on the SW heads realse.

I disagree on FAQs. They should come out *as soon as possible*.
I paid good money for the rules, I want functional rules.
Of course, the reality is they shouldn't release rules that need immediate FAQs like that. The rules should release in premium condition because they're sure charging premium prices.
But since GW can't manage the bare minimum of proof reading prior to release, they need to fix that immediately.

If I was to play Horus heresy I’d play only assault marines (jump pack) idk if you can do that anymore, but you could pick a rite of war that let you only take jump infantry and iirc stuff in drop pods, but that might be limited?
I really liked the Matt Ward Blood Angels codex back in 5th and very nearly started a jump infantry blood angels army (even though vampires kinda squicked me out and still kind of do)

The thing I’ve totally burned out with is the constant rules updates, it feels like they’re changing the rules on a weekly basis! I like to spend a year or two painting up the army before I even play a game with it. I’ve been to events and been using the old rules so many times then wondered why I lost every game lol.
It is such a money grab though - change which unit is better on a weekly basis by tweaking if ever so slightly so everyone goes out and buys new stuff

As a Horus Heresy player, if this guy wants to take all the OP stuff I would avoid playing him. It’s a two-player game and both players’ enjoyment is the most important thing.

Oh my word why is everyone such a manbaby! If you don't like lists people build don't play with people. If you wanna do light and fluffy great arrange beforehand or just accept you're gunna lose but enjoy yourself while doing it, pick a big target and tell yourself you bring that model down before you lose and you'll have fun! Or play the game with a matched list.
