Great point on the single leg DL with a barbell. I always find it difficult to stabilize which ends up making me unable to load the movement properly. However, I wonder if I should keep doing them for single leg stabilization improvements which I'm assuming will translate into better force production while sprinting and jumping on one leg.
Those Hatfield split squats look too dangerous to me. Can’t play your sport if you die lol. That being said I love all of Will’s vids. Incredible advice
absolute gold. will incorporate all of these. one of the best training channels on youtube.
Way to figure out what works for you and not just doing every single thing on someone's tier list
These look brutal. Can't wait to try em

Main purpose is to have spotters so it can be supramaximally loaded as per cal dietz reccomondations
Shoulds you add some strength thing if you are currently doing squat jumps with 40 to 50% load ?
Do you need to train all the muscle groups in the legs?
I would recommend doing so
Bulgarian Squattin is something else. This pro cyclist can rep 450 x 12. His legs are from a another world.
1:50 this honestly looks terrifying, do you take the sets near failure? How do you get out of the position if you cant get it up?
