If the steps in this video don't work for you, time sync might be getting blocked by your internet provider. Connect your laptop to your phones hotspot and try syncing. If that works you can disconnect and reconnect to your internet provider and you should be fine :)

I am using windows 10 in virtual box, however the time keeps changing every 20 minutes so there is a huge difference between hist and virtual guest. Any solutions? I have tried some ways but no luck. I am running some application which needs to matched host time. Pls help
