If you have any questions regarding the preparation of visa interview at Islamabad embassy in Pakistan for USA so you can always ask them in the comments section and I will try to answer each and every question that I get. What I did was i took 4 screenshots of different dates in a month, pasted them all together using canva application into one picture. That is how i took the chat history of 2 years. 4 pics from every month

i130 approval takes around 8 months to 14 months, the entire visa takes around 3 years minimum of IR1 at Islamabad embassy

Can you please explain what could be the reason to ask about name, like you said they asked is there name Muhammad in your name there are so many people living in US have name starting from Muhammad.
Nobody knows the reason, we can question their question sadly, we just have to answer.
Aoa brother congrats on your visa approval, I too had my interview (f4 category) at the embassy in Islamabad on 18th December 2023, our visa was approved at the interview however a few days later, on 21st December 2023 we received an email from the embassy in which theyasked for pictures of my father’s cnic and previous passport(my father is the principal applicant) . We sent these documents however we were confused on why they asked for these documents, later we found out that my father’s date of birth on his old passports was wrong although he got it corrected, the embassy somehow found out and now we are in AP. The embassy hasn’t emailed us since they requested the documents. Hoping for the best, Inshallah our visa will get issued soon

@@TaraZKWDispacting my priority date is June 2006, DQ is April 2020 and ID was 18th December 2023. I think that you will be protected under CSPA, my cousin just had his visa issued a few weeks ago (F4 category, we have the same petitioner) and he is 28 years old!

wsalam, not really, but i guess it depeneds on ther visa officers preference. i had a very small nikah at home, and a very small valima of 10 people only and still i got approved in the first go. my officer did ask me thatr why was your marriage so simple, i told her i wanted ti save for the honeymoon

if you are asking for the piictures that we need to present for the bondafide marraige so it can be of any number, i personally took 200-250 pics, 4 pics printed on one a4 pagge, just the color copies

For (Spouce visa) am benificiray and i have single parent (Father) my mother left me when i was kid so in my birth certificate and other certificates only her (Mother) first name is mentioned but my father all information is completed so what can i do sir.
that would'nt be a problem, or if you can, then get your birth certificate corrected from the union council and add mother last name if you know

Hi there, which country your husband is actully from? And expedite request is only approved you can somehow prove with a valid material that its a health issue, financial burden etc. I would say just wait till he gets his interview.
@@ovaiskhanafridi he's from Pakistan, his interview will be in Islamabad. I don't work, financially relying on my parents and they are close to retirement. My father sponsored my mother and then they sponsored an elderly couple who happen to be our neighbors and now they are sponsoring my husband.
@@anared1990 Oh then what you can do is, you can email nvcexpedite@state.gov, write your issue concisely, and request them to expedite. They might require you to produce that you are in a financial distress thats why you need your husband there. But the case is a little complicated, how many times have you guys met in person? and are these his kids? is there any age difference? youd need to prove that this marriage is bonafide or he can get stuck in a limbo tooo

Another thing is I'm Mexican American, we met on Facebook. Chatted two years, then met and married the same day I went to Pakistan may2019. Took five months to get even a visa just to visit Pakistan. I overstayed and got visa extensions then eventually got a POC. Nikkah ceremony was the day I arrived, legal marriage was two days later in Islamabad. No pics at the Nikkah only at the legal one. I lived with him and his family, got pregnant right away and have two babies with him. I've traveled back and forth to visit family here in the States but now I'm here because I can't fly back. One of the kids has her Pakistani passport, both daughters are American. My infant daughter has not met her father yet because she was born here. It's really sad. There is only 4year age difference between us. I've sent in photos of family gatherings or special occasions. We are still in communication, chat and video call, I often take screenshots of us during video calls especially when he's chatting with our daughters, it's too cute 🥰. My husband and I constantly send inquiries but they are heartless, it's taking a toll on us. I've gained and lost weight. I feel stuck and I constantly track the progress in Islamabad but they are so slow, just recently saw a bit of speediness but my heart breaks for my husband. We're apart. How can I tell him, we still have to wait possibly 9-10 more months? Allah help us, Allah have mercy on us. Alhamdullilah we are still very much united even with the distance between us and that's what matters.

Wsalam, no you dont need to do anything till you get the interview letter. I would say that as you are nearing your interview date to get your polico certificate made , because that is required for the medical to be done

@@sakhihasmati3410 sure why not, just the doctors letter and reports. You need to mail them all at NVC with a cover letter too, don't make the cover letter too big, just one paragraph of 2-3 lines.

2. you can sponsor your mother after you get your us citizenship
