Beautiful job on all the wood projects. You are inspiring. Bet the birds love the birdhouse. Thinking a plumbing supply place will have a hose that will be long enough to drain the sink water off the porch area, or maybe one of those long funnels with a narrower tip that will let you feed the tip between the boards? Let us know what kind of adhesive will hold things in place. Around here they sell 5 gallon buckets that actually hold a plastic toilet seat, but you can probably attach your seat to the wood. Hope you get the bucket or seat before you start drilling any holes. This channel is a real tutorial on how to live rurally. Kind of a wake up call to see you using a hand saw. We have become so spoiled, but really just feel blessed. All the best and God bless. Hope the lady liked the planter!
I have large container for the waste water to drain into and I want to create some kind of grey water system for it and the shower.....but that's a way down the line!!!!

Elaine, excellent work!! You got so much done. The sink basin really looks nice and the shelf is the cherry 🍒 on top. The composting toilet is great also. I bet you're going to be happy to have a bathroom there instead of going all the way back to house in the village.

Elaine, you never cease to amaze me. I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to get started on any of those projects and you just knock them out one after the other. If I remember correctly, you made that planter out of spare pieces of wood you had lying around. It turned out so well, you should consider making them to sell at the local market.

You did a pretty neat job to hold your sink. Nice just put a large 5 gallons pail underneath to hold the dirty water that you could still use to water around the trees. Great job. 👍. You are doing pretty good on your own.

If you just use a bucket to capture waste water from the sink, you can use the water for non food plants. Soap won’t hurt them.
